Understanding the Qualification Levels
Therapists listed Myo MLD advanced clinical practitioners have completed comprehensive training in Foundations and Advanced Myo MLD with additional mentor-led clinical training.
Their training includes the application and integration of Myo MLD for presentations such as chronic pain, fibrosis, post surgical changes, lymphoedema, lipoedema and other conditions where lymphatic involvement may need to be considered.
Therapist listed as Advanced Myo MLD practitioners have progressed beyond foundational lymphatic training to complete Level 2 Advanced education.
Training includes applications for presentations such as lymphoedema, lipoedema, chronic pain, fibrosis, post-surgical swelling and other more complex lymphatic conditions.
Therapists listed as Foundations Myo MLD™ practitioners have completed level 1 training in Myofunctional Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Practitioners learn lymphatic protocols for different areas of the body and how lymphatic support may be incorporated into treatments for wellness, recovery, inflammation, fluid congestion and appropriate early stage presentations.
