Myo MLDTM Self Paced Level 1
Self Paced Foundation Myo MLDTM is the entry point into Myofunctional Manual Lymphatic Drainage training for qualified bodywork practitioners.
This level introduces therapists to gentle, rhythmic lymphatic technqiues that support chronic pain, inflammation and recovery while remaining sustainable for the practitioners body. The minimum requirement for this course is a certificate in massage, beauty or bodywork, ensuring participants can confidently integrate lymphatic principles into their existing treatments and begin building a lymphatic informed practice.
Myo MLDTM Self Paced Level 2
Myo MLDTM Level 2 is an advanced self paced program designed for diploma qualified therapists to confidently progress into complex lymphatic care.
This level expands on Foundations Level 1 and focuses on working with complex lymphatic presentations. Completion of Myo MLD™ Level 1 foundations or equivalent with another training provider is a prerequisite, ensuring therapists enter level 2 with the clinical foundation required to apply advanced concepts safely and effectively.

Myo MLDTM Self paced level 1 & level 2 provides diploma-qualified therapists with a complete training pathway in Myofunctional Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Starting with Foundations (level 1) and progressing into Advanced (level2), this bundle supports therapists to integrate lymphatic work into practice and develop the skills needed to work confidently with more complex conditions, following a structured and progressive learning pathway.
